From the Plèi collection, which puts leather off-cuts front and center, the “Solé” model blends innovation and artisanship. Made in France, the 240 pebble-like pearls are created using leather off-cuts from Polène collections. They are then threaded onto waxed cotton cording and held in place by 120 handmade knots using the traditional technique of macramé. Leather detailing embellishes this net-inspired bag with its stitched smooth leather base and handle.

    The manufacturing process, involving the transformation of leather off-cuts into pearls, intensifies the leather’s scent, which fades after a few uses. Allow the bag to air out between its first few uses, outside of its dust bag. Do not perfume the bag.
    Avoid prolonged exposure to direct light or heat, and keep away from greasy substances and cosmetics. The material is sensitive to water and moisture. If it becomes wet, allow the bag to air dry and avoid rubbing it against light-colored clothing.
