Why are Mirage prices sometimes lower — and sometimes higher — than traditional retail?
Mirage sources directly from global outlet partners and trusted suppliers abroad, which is why many of our products come at fair, market-correct prices that are often lower than traditional retail.
However, some brands never offer discounts anywhere in the world, and their global availability is limited — so those pieces may reflect international market pricing.
Across both cases, our promise stays the same: 100% authentic luxury, sourced transparently, and priced honestly.
Are your products new or used?
All items are brand new and unused. Due to Indian compliance requirements, we list them under the pre-owned category, but nothing sold at Mirage has ever been worn or used.
How do you ensure authenticity?
Every item undergoes expert authentication, serial verification, and material checks before it leaves our facility. If anything is ever proven fake, you receive a full refund.
Why do some orders take 15–21 days to arrive?
These pieces are sourced specially for you from our international warehouses and outlet villages. Domestic-stock items reach you in 2–5 days.
Will I have to pay any duty or hidden charges?
No. The price displayed at checkout is the final price. All duties, taxes, and import costs are already included.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Simply contact us within 24 hours with unboxing proof. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund immediately. Your experience and peace of mind come first.
What about boxes, dust bags, and brand packaging?
We ship every product exactly as received from the brand—tags, dustbags, cards, or boxes whenever provided. Many outlet stores (including Coach Outlet, MK, and even certain luxury houses) offer reduced packaging during high-volume sales to keep prices competitive. If something isn’t included, it’s because it wasn’t given at source; Mirage never retains or removes any packaging.
