This is due to the time needed to carefully source, inspect, and ship the items to ensure the highest quality upon arrival. We strive to provide an estimated delivery time at checkout and will keep you updated with tracking information throughout the process.
Returns & Refunds:
• We maintain a strict no returns and no refunds policy, as we carefully source luxury items and ensure their quality. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we will gladly offer a refund or exchange.
